Michaëla Ulrici was betrokken bij de eerste securitisation transactie in Nederland en sindsdien is zij opgetreden bij vele andere securitisation-, structured finance- en capital market transacties. Michaëla leidt samen met Willem Ruys het securitisation en covered bonds team. Tevens is zij lid van de Japan Desk van NautaDutilh.
Sinds juni 2010 is Michaëla tevens bestuursvoorzitter van NautaDutilh.
Michaëla heeft rechten gestudeerd aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam en is in 1991 afgestudeerd. Nadat zij bachelor in de Japankunde is geworden aan de Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam is zij in 1994 begonnen bij NautaDutilh.
